Yikes! I guess it's actually Saturday. I'm very thankful for the beginning of fall weather. I love this time of year. The mornings are cool, but it is still getting very warm in the afternoon.
I'm also grateful that Jim loves animals as much as I do. He became a fan of cats when we started dating. Until then, he hadn't been around them. He had no idea how interesting they are. Right now, all four of the cats are napping. (Jim and the dogs are napping, too.) I love just watching the cats.

I have 3 cats, 2 dogs. They are all funny indeed! Shadow, my youngest cat, plays fetch! I have never seen a cat do this, EVER! She hears you crinkle up a receipt (my husband puts them by the computer so I can deduct them from the ledger), and she is right on you. Show it to her, then throw it and she charges after it. She picks it up in her mouth, trots back to you, tosses the receipt at you and gives you the eyes until you throw it again. She never tires of it. It is her special thing, I guess. How goes the new school year?

Autumn Leaves, Shadow sounds like a hoot. Cats are so smart.
School is great. I have a lot of nice students this session. (I always do.)
