Hank Virgona

I'd never heard of Hank Virgona before today.  Today I fell in love with him and his art.  Jim found a documentary about him on Amazon Prime and we watched it this afternoon.  I recommend it.  He was a lovely man.  The film is inspiring.  If you watch it, please let me know what you think of the artist and his art.

Good recommendation, Candy. Tim and I saw it when it first came out. I loved every minute of it. His work ethic put me to shame. I like lots of his stuff. A good reminder to just get busy:)

Hi Candy,

I just hit your name to get to your blog, and I think it may have deleted your comment.

Sorry if that's true. I just checked out the videos on Hank Virgona, and loved both the
artist and his work. So inspiring.

Thanks so much. I hope you are having a great summer. (Fall doesn't officially start until
September 21 right?)

XOXOXOXOXOXO Barbara Thanks for your comments. You always make my day.

Hi, Barbara! I'm glad you had a chance to check out the film and I'm glad you loved Hank and his work!

You've got it exactly right. It's still over 100 degrees here in the daytime. I'm ready for 2 digit temperatures:)

You make my day, too, Barbara! Hugs from Las Vegas.

Hi, Mary (Sally)! I love what you guys do on the "Girls Just Wanna Paint Blog". Your water paintings are beautiful and, as you know, I love your paintings and sketches of Winnie.
